enjoy this book because of it's subject matter, and the photography layout. Combine brilliant, studio style photos of the charismatic Mk1 & Mk2 Jaguar Sedans, add clear, concise text, then sprinkle with some nifty period photos. The result is a very worthwhile addition for any Jaguar enthusiasts' library. The large, detailed color photos (some on the rare Coombe's version, and the Mike Hawthorne replica) are an excellent reference for those restoring a Jaguar, and for scale model builders. The concise text gives a good overview of the cars development and production, also racing and custom road versions.
